On Saturday, June 5, the Jessamine County High School Trap Team held a scrimmage against the Lexington Catholic High School Trap Team (under the leadership of BGSL’s own Dr. Charlie Becknell) partly in preparation for the KY High School Trap Championship next week. Sixteen Jessamine High School Trap Shooters and eighteen Trap shooters from Lexington Catholic competed with 100 targets. The winner was determined by taking the top five scores from each team. JCHS Trap Team won the scrimmage with 478/500 possible points, but Catholic put in a good showing with 461/500 and the High Individual Score for the day:
